We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
AVAILABILITY/FULFILLMENT​
Storage of dahlias can be unpredictable, even with our careful winter protection measures. In cases where an item is unavailable at the time of shipment, a full refund of the item's price will be processed.

SHIPPING
Shipping begins in mid-April, no exceptions. If you would like your order delayed due to weather, please send a message to admin@singingheartgardens.com. Our terms are FOB Shipping Point, so once the order ships, it is not within our control any longer. If your shipment becomes lost in the mail, I will work with you and the USPS to track your order and/or start the insurance process. I am not responsible for dahlias damaged in transit due to delays or handling by the carrier.

VIRUS
Viruses are, unfortunately prevalent in the dahlia community. We take extensive measures to maintain the health and integrity of our plants. We adhere to rigorous sanitation protocols and proactively remove any plants exhibiting signs of disease. We have begun testing our stock, utilizing testing services offered by a university. Though we are engaged in virus testing, it is important to note that we do not conduct testing on every plant. Thus we cannot guarantee with absolute certainty that there are no dormant viruses within the tubers that we sell. Buyers should be aware of this information and accept that purchasing is at their own risk. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for plants displaying symptoms of viruses, as numerous external factors can lead to infection of dahlias. We have provided photos of foliage whenever possible to aid you in assessing the general health of the plant.

GALL
While gall may not be as common as viruses, it can remain present within dahlia tubers without displaying symptoms for extended periods. Because we are constantly adding to our collection, we take precautions by utilizing grow bags to reduce the risk of infecting nearby plants. We encourage you to adopt a similar practice. We are prepared to offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for any tubers that show infection before the last day of June in the year of purchase. Please note that photo evidence will be required for the refund process. Thank you for your understanding.

MISLABELS
Despite our best efforts, we are human and accidents can happen. Tubers are handled multiple times between the garden and the storage crates by humans, and as such human errors do happen. If you receive a mislabel, please notify us immediately and we will take steps to correct the situation.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Putting my company on blast on Facebook or Instagram is not a great way to encourage satisfactory outcomes for either of us. I kindly ask that you reach out to me directly with any issues you may have with your purchase.
